<p><strong>POST BLAST RECONSTRUCTION AND CLASSIFICATION TRAINING</strong></p>
<p>The following announcement for a Post Blast Reconstruction and Classification course (an advanced post-blast investigations training).  This training will be conducted by association member Danny Waltenbaugh.  At the same time, participants for a professional study into the application of scientific methods for conducting Post Blast Device Reconstruction and Classifications will be sought.  It is not required that you be a participant in the study to attend the training.  The training will take approximately 4 or 8 hours and can accommodate up to 15 participants.  </p>

- Needs and Benefits for the Study<br />
- Daubert Expert Witness Testimony (Federal Courts)<br />
- Arizona Senate Bill 1189 – Expert Testimony<br />
- Daubert Attacks against the Post Blast Investigations Community<br />
- Application of the Scientific Method to Reconstruct Post Blast Devices<br />
- Application of the Comparative Analysis Method to Classify Devices<br />
- Risks/hazards while examining Post Blast Materials<br />
- Hands-on examinations/Reconstruction of Post Blast Devices (5 devices)<br />
- Description and explanation of important investigative analysis of each device.<br />
- Developing investigative leads from Post Blast Device Reconstruction.<br />
- Court Presentation</p>
